The second film in the Twilight universe is finally coming to cinemas, with the release of ‘Twin Peaks: The Return’.
The latest in the franchise, which has been around since 2001, is set in a fictional town called Twin Peaks, which features a fictional protagonist named Twin Peaks.
Director David Lynch said that his intention for the sequel was to create an experience that was “even more cinematic and richer”.
He told the crowd: “The idea was to make something that’s even more cinematic.
“This is going to be the definitive film in our series. “

Twin Peak: Return was released in Australia on September 25.
It also includes a second, unreleased film.
It stars Laura Dern as Twin Peaks and Carrie-Anne Moss as the title character, both of whom are played by Dern.
Lynch also teased that the film would be a “major event” for the franchise.
He said: “It will be a major event for the entire franchise.”
Fans were delighted to see Lynch make his announcement, as fans have waited years for a sequel to the hit TV show.
In October 2018, the UK-based distributor Starz confirmed that the ‘Twice Upon A Time’ sequel was on the way.
The film is expected to release in 2018, with Lynch expected to return for a cameo appearance.
